Western Red Cedar Shutters

Western Red Cedar shutters are widely considered top of the range. With their fine natural grain and beautiful warm look when stained, Sublime’s Western Red Cedar shutters add sophistication to any room.

Cedar is a softwood and is much lighter in weight than other timbers making it a good choice for internal windows. Like the Basswood and Poplar, Western Red Cedar is also a plantation timber and is therefore renewable and environmentally sound. The Cedar used in our shutters has been quality tested and found to be an extremely stable timber very well suited to Australian conditions.

Our Western Red Cedar shutters can be used internally or externally and have the option of being stained, oiled or painted.
